Revenue Accountant

We are on the lookout for a skilled and proactive Revenue Accountant to join a thriving company in the construction services sector.Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will influence strategic decisions, optimise revenue channels, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
This role is crucial for steering the financial strategy, overseeing revenue transactions, and delivering key insights to senior leadership.Key Responsibilities:Present and advise executive leadership on revenue performance and associated risks.Deliver precise revenue forecasts and trend analyses to aid strategic planning and budgeting.Examine revenue data to uncover growth opportunities, cost efficiencies, and process enhancements.Lead efforts to improve the accuracy, efficiency, and transparency of revenue accounting processes.Ensure compliance with revenue recognition standards and regulatory requirements.Manage revenue recognition, account reconciliation, and support the month-end close process.Qualifications and Skills:CA/CPA qualified with between 3-5 years of relevant experience.Proven experience in an accounting role with a revenue focus, and strong knowledge and application of governing regulations and standards.Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Power BI and Excel.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making processes.If you are a proactive and detail-oriented professional looking to make a significant impact in a growing company, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity with Raelene at Ambition.#J-18808-Ljbffr
