Assistant Manager Responsibilities: Supervise, coach, and delegate work to juniors in teamReview financial statements and tax returns for individuals, partnerships, trusts, companies, and SMSFsAssist Partner with business performance, structuring, wealth, and asset protection engagementsManage end to end a designated client list, managing the initial scope of clients' requirementsSet budgets and delivery timelines, and manage fees and requirements that fall outside of scope Experience and Academic Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree, and have completed CA/CPA studiesApproximately 5+ years' experience in Australian public practiceExperience in managing client relationships, and leading complex and diverse engagementsThorough understanding of tax issues such as Division 7A, GST, FBT SMSFsExperience in coaching and managing workflow of junior staff Senior Accountant Responsibilities: Supervise and coach, and delegate work to juniors in your teamCoordinate with your team leader on the various phases of an engagementPrepare and review financial statements and tax returns for individuals, partnerships, trusts, companies, and SMSFsPrepare and implement tax planning strategies and initiativesAssist Manager & Partner with business performance, structuring, wealth, and asset protection engagements Experience and Academic Qualifications Required: Bachelor degree in Accounting or Commerce, and either studying or have completed CA or CPAApproximately 3-5 years' experience in Australian public practiceExposure to large business structures, and complex and diverse engagementsGood understanding of tax issues such as Division 7A, GST, FBT and SMSFsExperience in supervising and delegating work to junior staff How We Work
