The Returns Officer plays a pivotal role in acting as the primary contact for all returns, credits and cancellations at Compnow.
They provide assistance with general inquiries, escalating issues to executive management where appropriate and ensuring accurate processing and overall financial accountability.
Process and manage customer returns efficiently.
Inspect returned items for damage and ensure they meet return criteria.
Maintain accurate records of returns and exchanges.
Communicate with customers to resolve return-related issues.
Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams to restock returned items.
Ensure compliance with company return policies and procedures.
Provide excellent customer service and support.
What you'll bring?
Previous experience in an accounting or administrative support position.
Solid computer skills, including proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc).
Strong customer service skills, with excellent written and verbal communication.
Proven team player and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive problem-solving capabilities and take initiative.
What else do you need to apply?

Must be an Australian resident available to work full time without restrictions Compnow will provide and require all successful applicants to complete a current National Police Check as well as a new or updated state-based Working With Children Check.
