This position involves travel across NSW, Bundaberg and possible services across the state! About the role Prepare for and facilitate inspections and audits by regulatory authorities. Conduct regular site visits throughout QLD, NSW, SA, TAS and VIC and inspections to assess program quality and identify areas for improvement. Review and analyse data on program performance, incidents, and feedback to drive continuous improvement. Provide a high level of support and guidance to centre directors and educators in the understanding and implementation of the National Quality Framework. Co-ordinate the Assessment and Rating process by understanding and providing high level support and guidance to centre managers and educators. Completion of Compliance Checks and related action plans driving the implementation and follow up with regular check-in meetings and physical visits. Provide mentorship and direction where needed with open communication with the relevant stakeholders. Implement quality assurance programs to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of childcare centres. Design and deliver training programs for childcare staff on compliance, best practices, and quality standards. A little about you Diploma in Children Services or equivalent qualification as approved by ACECQA. Experience working in a compliance role. Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework. Basic understanding of department regulations and policies. Must be able to travel when required, across our childcare centres in Australia. Great attention to detail and an eye for precision. Proficient across Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Effective written and verbal communication and strong time management skills. Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner.
