Return To Work Coordinator

About the role:The Return to Work (RTW) Coordinator will work across all segments of the business units in implementing the return-to-work program to all employees, whilst supporting injured workers and meeting legislation requirements.
As the RTW Coordinator you will be the link between the worker, their recovery and returning to work.This Part Time role offers 3 days per week with flexibility afforded for days/commencement/finish times.Role location flexible - Melbourne Western suburbs preferred but not essential.Duties will include:Compile the initial incident notification information and report to workers compensation agentEngage with the referring doctor and other health physiciansCoordinate the worker's recovery at work, including identifying suitable workKeep injury and recover at work statisticsPromoting the health benefits of good work and safe work processContributing to the improvement of relevant policies and systems.
