Retirement Village Manager

We are looking for someone to oversee our beautiful 20 unit Retirement Village based in Chinchilla.
The position involves a mixture of administration, accounts, customer service, and compliance.
The ideal candidate would be someone who likes to problem solve, enjoys helping people, and thrives in an environment where every day is different.
As the Retirement Village Manager, you would be responsible for:
Management of the asset and day-to-day operations of the village.Creating a supportive, caring, and connected community.Using excellent communication skills to keep residents informed about village maintenance and events.Liaising with contractors and service providers to ensure efficient management and maintenance of the village's appearance.Overseeing one direct report (a part-time gardener who looks after the village grounds).You will receive training and support from head office as you become familiar with the operational requirements of running a Retirement Village in Queensland.
We envisage 8 to 10 hours a week would be required to manage the village.
Ideally, these hours would be spread over three mornings each week (days to be negotiated with the successful applicant).
An attractive hourly rate will be offered to the successful applicant.
