Your New Role As the Retirement Strategic Proposition Lead you will be at the forefront of our mission to become the leading superannuation fund in retirement. You will lead retirement research and proposition development, utilising strategic frameworks to conduct structured problem-solving and market analysis and develop thought leadership. You will develop compelling presentations and reports to promote the retirement vision and operationalise the roadmap, communicating with stakeholders of all levels. Please note this opportunity is offered initially as a 12 month max-term contract. How do you exceed our expectations? The idea of being part of our growth is exciting and you want to play a pivotal role in making super simple. You will bring 10+ years experience in strategy or research roles, including 3 years in management consulting or similar; You will have in-depth knowledge of retirement including customer experience and superannuation policy; You will have proven ability to formulate strategies using structured problem-solving skills (hypothesis or data-led), a strong understanding of strategic frameworks and excel modelling skills; You will have strong relationship building skills and the ability to build trust quickly with stakeholders of all levels. As well as this, you will be adaptable and able to juggle multiple priorities and navigate ambiguity; You are balanced in accepting risk in any decision you face.
