We are looking for a highly skilled Content Manager to help us transform the way rugs are sold online! This is a full-time, remote role based in Australia.

We are shaking up the homewares industry with innovative technology that removes the biggest pain points in buying a rug - offering free returns, free styling advice, and industry-first augmented and virtual reality tools to ensure our customer selects the perfect rug. Our approach is a complete game changer for how customers shop for rugs.
The role As the Content Manager, you will lead the creative charge in shaping all visual content across our website, social media, and eDMs, while ensuring Miss Amara's brand, visual identity, and tone are beautifully consistent. You'll guide and support a passionate content team, equipping them with the tools and inspiration to thrive.
You will:
Present post-campaign analysis relating to the effectiveness of digital marketing through the development, maintenance, analysis, and reporting of web statistical tools and systems. Manage content distribution and automation across online channels and social media, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn. Lead our influencer marketing strategy, refining and evolving this strategy to adapt to trends, new platforms, and new customer segments. Contribute to the combined efforts and work requirements of the digital unit including planning and problem-solving; development of digital policies and procedures and advising the organisation on digital best practices. Contribute to Miss Amara's strategic, operational, and management process to achieve company and strategic objectives. Remain current on developments and generate new ideas to draw the attention of the Miss Amara audience. Support internal stakeholders, particularly senior leadership, in executing the content component of all strategic projects on time and within budget. Ongoing management of the Content team to optimise performance, addressing performance concerns where required, coaching, developing, and delegating work to grow your team's skill set. Foster a collaborative team spirit focused on a high level of service delivery and timeliness to both internal and external clients. The successful candidate Our new Content Manager will have:
At least 5 years of experience in designing and executing content strategies that align with marketing calendars, product releases, and digital marketing goals. Proficiency in developing, maintaining, and analyzing web statistical tools and systems to assess campaign effectiveness, with the ability to present post-campaign analysis. Expertise in managing content distribution across multiple online platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn), including automation and performance optimization. Strong ability to develop, maintain, and ensure consistency in the brand's tone of voice across all content. Proven experience in managing content teams. Ability to support internal teams (Marketing, Product, CX, B2B) by delivering high-quality content for diverse needs, such as ad content, product guides, and packaging design. Why should you join?
