What We're Looking For: Strong leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or a related field Proven ability to manage high stock turnover and large transactions An enthusiastic leader who fosters a positive, team-first environment Demonstrated experience leading teams of 10 or more Excellent communication and customer service skills Adaptability to work across varied shifts in a 24/7 operation The Role: As a Team Leader you'll support the Store Manager in driving operational success. Your role will involve leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining stock control and visual merchandising standards, and meeting performance targets. You'll inspire your team through hands-on leadership, ensuring the brand's values and quality standards are consistently upheld.
