This role will design, implement, and oversee training programs that empower our employees to deliver top-notch service, drive sales, and maintain our company's reputation for excellence.Reporting to the Franchise Director, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:Learning and Development: Partner with business leaders to understand challenges and address capability gaps through innovative learning solutions. Design, develop, and deliver a range of integrated learning interventions that drive customer centricity and improve soft skills.Facilitation & Partnerships: Facilitate high-quality training and work with external partners to enhance learning offerings.
