We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our JB Hi-Fi Commercial Team! Full time, ongoing role based in Southbank, VIC.
Drive high-quality, impactful reporting and insights on key people metrics, serving as a strategic partner in HR initiatives. Lead all HR data aspects of continuous improvement within core people processes and champion data-driven decision-making to enhance organisational performance.
Create, coordinate and deliver simple, effective and actionable health and safety systems and information, to drive consistent understanding and implementation of safety and injury management standards and processes.
The Senior Business Analyst in Financial Planning & Analysis is instrumental in driving financial performance across the business by delivering data-driven financial insights and support to JB Hi-Fi and The Good Guys finance business partners. The role works directly with the Group's Supply Chain team to optimise financial performance and strategic decision-making.
