ABOUT THE ROLE We have an exciting Full Time opportunity for a Retail Talent Specialist to join our dynamic People & Culture team. Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will be at the heart of our P&C operational performance, using your expertise in data analysis and payroll support to ensure seamless processes across our retail network. You will also be responsible for providing actionable insights through HR data analysis to support strategic decision-making and will support with the end-to-end retail recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities: People Data and Insights: Interpreting and analysing employee performance data, turnover and people metrics to support decision-making and drive P&C strategic initiatives. Payroll Support: Supporting with payroll-related queries and processes. Reporting/Excel: Creating and interpreting Excel-based reports and utilising tools and dashboards to track employee performance and improve processes. Retail Talent Acquisition Support: Partnering with key stakeholders to streamline our end-to-end retail recruitment process. ABOUT YOU Analytical and data driven Strong business acumen and a keen commercial focus Experience in talent acquisition and the ability to analyse people metrics to drive strategic decision-making Intermediate Excel skills, with a proven ability to manage and interpret complex data Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, global environment Ability to influence and build collaborative relationships, locally and internationally WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU...
