POSITION

We have a full-time position available for a Retail Supervisor in Mareeba, 4880.

SKILLS

Supervisor position:

Hold at least an AQF (or equivalent) Certificate III; andHave at least 1 year experience (minimum of 20 hours per week).RESPONSIBILITIES OVERVIEW

The Retail Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and maintaining high standards of service and quality.

POSITION DUTIES

You will need to undertake the following duties:

Ensure customers receive efficient and friendly service, maintaining high standards in customer satisfaction and promptly addressing any concerns or feedback.Handle customer complaints or inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, or service, working to resolve issues professionally and courteously.Plan and manage daily staff schedules, assigning roles and shifts.Conduct interviews, participate in hiring processes, and provide on-the-job training to new employees on store protocols and operational procedures.Regularly monitor stock levels for ingredients, packaging, and other supplies, placing timely orders to avoid shortages and maintain optimal inventory.Ensure that all food items are prepared, presented, and packaged in accordance with quality standards.Identify operational challenges or inefficiencies, recommending and implementing solutions to optimise store operations.SALARY

The successful applicant will receive a salary from $65,000 to $75,000 based on qualification and experience.
