Retail Supervisor

The Good Times Pub Group, Queensland's fastest growing Hotel Group, is now seeking applications for a Retail Supervisor to join our team.
The role will mostly be autonomous, while other times you will work as part of a team. You will work with our Senior Management Team on recommendations of future stock items and your input will be valued!
This full-time salary position requires the flexibility to work weekdays and nights, weekends, and public holidays across a 7-day roster.
Retail Supervisor duties include but are not limited to: Providing excellent customer service and advice when required Knowledge and a strong passion for wine is highly preferred Ensuring all shelves are fully stocked Supervision of casual staff members Performing ID checks, cash handling, and stock control Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the bottle shop Displaying promotional material in line with marketing guidelines Achieve yearly store retail dollar budget Implement and maintain all policies and standards of The Good Times Pub Group Maintain 'Walk the Store' program Manage and maintain high level of standards relating to all facets of stock: including stock logistics, invoicing, and rotation Ensure the smooth running of the store Experience in a similar retail management role with wine/liquor experience is essential Wine knowledge and experience is highly preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Reliable, punctual, and hardworking Highly motivated personality Supervisory skills an advantage Must be well presented Availability to work across a 7-day roster Own reliable transport and current driver's license preferred Current Responsible Service of Alcohol or must be able to gain prior to commencing How To Apply: To apply for this position please apply now with your resume and cover letter outlining your recent experience.
