primary role is leading and training team members, striving for increased sales and wage control through the rotation of stock and delivering a high level of customer service experience. This will ensure that

Your attributes:
Previous experience in a Retail/ Hospitality or Sales industry
Leadership skills to mentor and develop your team
Stock management and merchandising experience
Understanding of sales budgets & KPI's
Knowledge of rosters, wage control & people performance
Effective communication skills with the ability to adapt
Strong customer service skills
Thrive in a fun, fast-paced work environment
Have the motivation to be successful
You're confident and passionate
You have a passion for fashion footwear
