Responsibilities: Recruit, lead, support, and inspire team members to achieve KPIs and in-store targets. Assist in recruiting and training new team members. Plan and manage store rosters to ensure smooth operations. Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention. Ensure high standards and consistent customer experience. Provide ongoing training to team members on the latest brand and product knowledge. Collaborate with the founder, operations, and marketing team to align in-store strategies with campaigns. Implement loss prevention strategies and maintain clear communication with the support team. Work with Centre Management as required and ensure safety is always front of mind. Qualifications: Diploma of Hospitality Management. Skills & Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of experience as a store manager. Strong leadership skills with a passion for inspiring and unlocking potential in your team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven customer service abilities with a track record of strong sales results. A passion for the retail and beauty industries, with solid product knowledge. Expertise in inventory management and visual merchandising. A positive attitude suited for a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment. Experience delivering Loss Prevention KPIs and driving Visual Merchandising initiatives. Strong knowledge of safety protocols, with a commitment to creating a safe working environment for the team. Salary: $73,500 plus 11.5% super.
