About the Role: As our Store Manager, your role involves overseeing our Lindt Chocolate Shop which retails an extensive range of Lindt Chocolates and has a takeaway offering of Lindt hot and cold chocolate drinks, coffee, and ice cream.
Lead the store's performance, fostering a supportive team environment, achieve sales and manage expenses to deliver profitability, guiding and coaching our ambassadors to deliver on brand expectations, and managing day-to-day operations.
This includes multitasking between customers, inventory management, food safety compliance, visual merchandising, preparing take away drinks and ice cream all with an exceptional customer centric approach.
We're looking for proactive leaders who motivate their team and delivers an unparalleled customer experience, reinforcing our brand whilst adhering to local compliance in food handling, health and safety.
What we would like you to bring: Previous experience in a Store / Assistant Manager role in a fast-paced QSR, Retail or hospitality environmentExperienced knowledge in work force planning from recruitment to preparing rosters, achieving labour budgets for a store team of approx.
