Join us in shaping a SAFE and welcoming environment!Responsibilities:Reporting and Investigations: Oversee the reporting and investigation processes for security-related incidents, ensuring thorough documentation and resolution.Roster and Time Attendance Management: Efficiently manage the security team's roster and time attendance, ensuring adequate coverage and adherence to rostering principles.Auditing: Conduct regular audits of security procedures, protocols, and equipment to maintain compliance and effectiveness.Training: Provide initial and ongoing training and development for security personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge in security operations for the site.Client Liaison: Work closely with the client to understand their security needs and expectations. Collaborate with the client to ensure the smooth running of operations and address any concerns or issues promptly.Attendance at Major Incidents: Respond to and manage major incidents as they occur, coordinating with relevant authorities and stakeholders to ensure swift resolution.Team Management and Leadership: Lead and motivate the security team, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork, accountability, and professionalism.Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous records across all required areas with precision and accuracy.Working hours: This role requires you to be onsite from Tuesday to Saturday.
