Retail Sales Team/Manager For New Cosmetic Store-Pacific Fair

La Cosmetique is thrilled to announce the upcoming inauguration of a new store located in Gold Coast Pacific Fair Shopping Centre Mid-NOV 2024. As we prepare for the grand opening, we are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our retail sales team on a Full-time, Part-time basis, including retail sales, assistant store manager, and store manager.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in attracting and engaging customers while working collaboratively within our team-oriented environment. We place great emphasis on maintaining impeccable grooming standards and fostering exceptional interpersonal skills to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Achievement of Store Retail Goals

Achieve individual targets and goals according to company benchmarks
Achieve 100% customer satisfaction
Follow all brands' action plans
Implement all store strategy programs – promotions and events

Responsibilities

Ensure stock is adequate and rotated with incoming stock
Keep displays dusted and cleaned and testers cleaned
Use sampling effectively and record customer details for follow-up
Take ownership of own results and review on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
Check communication daily
Handle customer complaints in a professional manner and turn them into an opportunity
Keep accurate and up-to-date daily sales analysis at the end of each shift
Adhere to hygiene practices
Follow break rules and guidelines as discussed with your Store Manager
Maintain positive and constructive relationships with other team members
Open and close cash register and maintain balanced record sales each day
Attend all required training
Invest time in keeping up with all product knowledge
Be punctual for each shift
Be flexible with shifts

Pay: $25.65 – $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 38 per week
