The Harvey Norman Preston Technology and Entertainment Team is seeking a passionate, customer service-focused Operator to join us in delivering Great Service, Always! to our customers. As a Sales support person, you'll not only support our customers with life-at-home solutions but also play a vital role in enhancing their in-store experience by assisting with various tasks across the store.
Your Role: As part of our team you'll be responsible for:· Delivering top-notch customer service · Managing the photo centre operations · Handling ticketing and merchandising · Processing finance and Optus contracts · Providing general sales support and problem-solving on the sales floor
To be successful you must:· Have a passion for retail· Be highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills· Enjoy working in a team environment
What we require:· Ability to work in a customer focused, successful retail business· Ability to service your customers while managing work tasks around their needs· A proactive approach to problem-solving and going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction · Experience of resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services· Drive to exceed individual and store sales targets· Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades
