Your opportunity:
As our valued Account Manager - Business, you will play a vital role in growing the business segment through developing and nurturing relationships.
Utilising your proven experience within Account Management to positively impact the business.
You'll make impact by:
Review current state and develop/continually improve sales plans for each of TPG's products and services, for each customer in the allocated portfolio.
Achieve key monthly, quarterly and annual growth/x-sell sales objectives, building on effective base management to consistently grow (value and product breadth) the allocated portfolio.
Maintain up to date and accurate customer contact, pipeline and any other required information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, i.e.
Salesforce.
Attend weekly sales team meetings to: Review quality and accuracy of Salesforce pipeline Review week on week sales activity and key pipeline movements Agree kick off and approach to any upcoming tenders and opportunities Review status of all active tenders Review short- and long-term Customer relationship quality and key relationship development activities Review open customer issues, actively assisting in resolutions and ensuring timely escalation (eg to Sales Leadership) wherever required What you'll bring:
A moderate to high degree of experience using "business solutions" type approach, utilising TPG's product and services to identify customer needs and sell into applicable market sectors.
Able to creatively position TPG as an innovative, flexible and responsive service provider.
Ability to proactively identify and create new business growth opportunities.
Proven cultivator and 'closer' of sales opportunities within organisations of at least 100 and up to, or beyond 5,000 employees.
Ideally, you will also have:
Proven understanding of how to penetrate accounts with between 100 and 5,000 employees (noting portfolio bands, as above), up to and including C level.
Confident communicator at all levels and including at C level.
Strong presentation skills.
