A fantastic opportunity has become available for a highly skilled and proven Retail Sales Manager to join this growing dealership located on the Southside of Brisbane.
The Retail Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the sales operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving revenue growth. This position requires a dynamic individual with a passion for automobiles, a keen understanding of sales strategies, and the ability to lead a high-performing sales team.
To be considered for this role, you must have previous experience in automotive sales management or retail management, with a proven track record of success in achieving sales targets. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a diverse team of sales professionals.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset and valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Responsibilities of the role:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Provide ongoing coaching, training, and support to sales staff to enhance their product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills. Monitor sales metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed. Foster a customer-centric culture within the sales team, ensuring that every customer interaction exceeds expectations. Collaborate with the Stock Controller / Dealer Principal to ensure adequate stock levels of vehicles and accessories to meet customer demand. Train and develop a team of sales professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of the sales process. In return you will be rewarded with a competitive salary, comprising of retainer + super, car + fuel card and incentives.
