The position will be flexible working days from 8.30 am to 4.30 pm from our first aid retail shop based at 187A Great Eastern Highway, Belmont.
This is a customer facing position requiring a friendly, well presented, and reliable individual who is focussed on delivering excellent customer service in the sales of first aid products and equipment.
What you'll do: Provide excellent customer service to clients and customers at all times Provide accurate quotes and product information to customers through CRM software.
Meet and greet customers and visitors at front reception.
Respond to queries accurately and timely to ensure customers' needs are met Actively promote and sell St John WA first aid products and services.
Receive customer orders and process in a timely manner Manage pricing, inventory replenishment, restocking product items.
End of month reporting on sales and stock levels Daily banking settlements/reconciliations What you'll need: Minimum 12 months experience in a retail sales environment A high standard of customer service and sales delivery The ability to build rapport with the general public and corporate clientele Sound interpersonal and communication skills Professional and mature attitude and presentation with an outstanding work ethic Punctuality is extremely important due to retail shop opening and closing times Competent across Microsoft Office Suites What's in it for you?
