Job Description:
Atlassian is currently seeking a passionate and energetic Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As a part-time Associate Level position with a requirement of at least 4 years of experience, the Client Relations Specialist will play a crucial role in managing and building relationships with our clients.
Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and client visits- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to existing clients- Prepare and deliver regular reports on client account status and progress- Assist in resolving client issues and escalations as needed- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to provide proactive recommendations to clients
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field- Proven experience in client relations or account management- Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
