About the roleAs sales consultant for our Melbourne Boutiques, you will seek to create excellent client experiences and contribute to the success of the Boutique through achieving productivity targets. This role is perfect for an individual who is passionate about the luxury fashion industry, styling and enhancing the overall client experience.
This role will: Embody and inspire exceptional client experience standards. Consistently strive to meet Boutique and individual productivity targets.Become a subject matter expert in product knowledge, fabrication, and personal styling.Support the management team to create a collaborative, sales focused environment.The ideal candidate: Previous experience in a similar position in the retail industry.A proven ability to build strong rapport and relationships with our clients. Experience in profiling customer needs and communicating with them.Self-motivation, with the ability to work in a small team to achieve store targets and KPIs.Minimum two days availability inclusive of weekends.Why work with us?
