Job Description: We are currently seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as CASUAL Specialist Sales Consultants. There are multiple positions available.
In this role, you will play a vital part in assisting our customers with their workwear needs, ensuring they receive the best products and service possible. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver outstanding sales assistance and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
CASUAL POSITION: Min 25hrs per week, Monday to Friday, possible weekend support.
CASUAL POSITION: Weekend junior, Saturday and Sunday shifts.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Provide expert advice on workwear products, ensuring customers find suitable options; full training provided Assist with sizing and fitting of garments Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently Maintain a clean and organised work environment Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service Perform inventory management tasks, such as restocking and stocktaking Utilise computer systems for sales and administrative tasks Operational support in onsite embroidery department Requirements:
Previous retail experience is desired, preferably in a similar role Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Computer literacy is a must, including proficiency in basic software programs Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends Knowledge of workwear and safety gear is an advantage, but not mandatory A proactive and positive attitude towards customer service If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service, have a keen eye for detail, and enjoy working in a dynamic team environment, then we would love to hear from you.
