Retail Sales Assistants

We require reliable, outgoing, and motivated people as customer service assistants to join our bakery team at our Castletown bakery.
If you have a "big smile" and a bubbly friendly personality, a positive attitude, exceptional customer relations, and a great work ethic, we want you!
Your main duties will include providing customers with delightful service, including up-selling, ad-on sales, fulfilling sales targets, actively handing out bakery tastings, merchandising, cash handling, and general cleaning.
You will require high standards of personal presentation, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment.
We will train you in all aspects needed to work in the bakery.
