Kaisercraft is looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Retail Sales Assistant to join our team in Goulburn! Based in Geelong, we're a family-owned business with over 100 retail stores and counting, located throughout Australia.
Whilst we continue to grow, Kaisercraft has a strong focus on ensuring the Kaisercraft values are carried all the way from our Head office through to our Retail Stores.

The Opportunity As a casual Retail Sales Assistant, you will play an important part in ensuring all our customers receive the highest level of customer service and you will have a large focus on keeping the store well presented to showcase our beautiful product range.
Outside of customer service your other duties and responsibilities may include:
Opening and closing of the storeAssisting with day-to-day store operationsDemonstrating strong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choiceUnpacking deliveries and replenishing the shelvesAssisting in the implementation of promotional & visual merchandising initiativesMaintaining the store's appearance and organization to a high standardAbout You: Experience in a customer-facing roleThe ability to create a memorable experience and understand our customer needsA motivated individual with a passion to sell our productsReliable, high attention to detail and good communication skillsAbility to work autonomously, problem solve and take initiativeFlexibility across the 7 days of the week including late nights and weekendsWillingness to work on average 2-3 shifts a week which will vary from 3-5 hours long.
