Retail Operator/Social Marketing Executive (QLD) Priceworth is an industry-leading company located in Rocklea QLD that specializes in online & retail sales of home furniture and white goods appliances. We are excited to offer the opportunity for a self-driven individual experienced with operating, managing, and analyzing a variety of social media platforms and who has prior retail sales experience to join our company in a part-time role. The position of a retail/social media assistant will require someone who is able to provide high-class customer service and enhance the company's online presence through online marketing on various social media platforms and online marketplaces such as Facebook and e Bay. Experience with these platforms is essential to the job as we aim to keep customers and clients alike engaged with our company. Through analyzing statistics and reviewing content, you are expected to broaden a wide range of people to encompass foot traffic across all platforms and drive sales. Retail Representative Duties & Responsibilities: Liaise with customers and deal with customer queries and complaints. Maintain professional contact with internal and external customers when interacting with them, both in person, over the phone, and online. Arrange the inspection and delivery of goods and/or the arrange returns of goods. Drive sales through the engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge. Reach the outlined sales target. Actively maintain strong product knowledge of goods being supplied and the marketplace. Handle payments and manage financial transactions. Inform customers about discounts and special offers/promotions. Social Media Marketing Duties & Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy and goals, consistent with the company's brand identity across platforms such as Facebook, e Bay, Instagram, Tik Tok, etc. Content creation and editing of photos and videos that promote the company's products are to be posted and advertised in a high volume across all social media platforms. Review analytics and define social media KPIs to refine the strengths and weaknesses of different social media marketing campaigns. Ensure that social media postings are made using effective marketing techniques to achieve maximum interaction. Engage with social media followers, including responding to social media messages, inquiries, reviews, and comments in a timely manner. Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies and know how to solve technological issues independently. Eligibility & Skills: Retail Sales Experience (Required – at least 1 year). Social Media Experience (Required – at least 1 year). Bachelor's Degree in social media marketing or in a related field (preferred). Be familiar with social media, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, and e Bay, as well as the most effective marketing techniques. Advanced computer skills and familiarity with graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop. Knowledge of how to use and manage Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, and e Bay pages and postings. Ability to work unsupervised, work well under pressure, and prioritize workload. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $46,000.00 – $52,000.00 per year Schedule: Monday to Friday Weekend availability Supplemental pay types: Performance bonus Education: Bachelor Degree (Required) Experience: Social media management: 1 year (Required) Facebook advertising: 1 year (Preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr
