Our operations also include warehousing, engineering (R&D), customer care centre and commercial sales along with our corporate support functions.
We currently have the following immediate vacancies within our new Midland store: Sales Representatives x 4 Full time and x 4 Casual As a Sales Representative, your primary focus will be to build a customer centric environment whilst drive sales to achieve both individual and store set targets.
Your key responsibilities will include: • Proactively greeting customers, identifying their needs, and delivering solutions to close sales and satisfy customer needs.
• Assist with store housekeeping by undertaking stock replenishment activities.
• Support the processing of sales through the POS system.
• Undertake a variety of operational activities.
To be successful you'll: • Have proven success in exceeding set retail sales KPI's and targets.
• Previous retail experience (minimum 2 years) with high energy sales focus • Excellent interpersonal skills, highly customer centric.
• Proven experience within a high performing sales environment.
• Ability to grasp and learn new product SKUs, POS, etc • Knowledge on 12v systems, highly regarded Sales Support Representatives x 4 Full time and x 4 Casual As a Sales Support Representative, your primary focus will be to support sales operations through the effective processing of counter sales, processing claims and build a customer centric environment whilst supporting sales driven activities.
Your key responsibilities will include: • Process sales orders into nominated POS systems.
• Process claims returns • Support sales floor stock replenishment.
• Support sales team drive sales on a need's basis.
• Assist with store housekeeping by undertaking stock replenishment activities.
To be successful you'll: • Have proven success operating complex retail sales orders.
• Previous retail experience (minimum 1 year) with high energy sales focus • Excellent interpersonal skills, highly customer centric.
• Ability to grasp and learn new product SKUs, POS, etc • Knowledge on 12v systems, highly regarded.
Click & Collect Sales Representatives x 2 Full time As a Click & Collect Sales Representative, your primary focus will be delivering an exceptional click and collect experience for our customer whilst also generating sales.
Your key responsibilities will include: • Receiving and processing click and collect orders to drive sales targets.
• Keeping customer informed on status updates.
• Undertaking picking and packing activities.
• Driving a positive customer experience.
• Undertaking hygiene checks to ensure compliance with procedures.
• Support sales team drive sales and replenish stock on a need's basis.
To be successful you'll: • Proven experience managing click and collect orders from start to finish.
• High level customer satisfaction.
• Previous retail experience (minimum 2 years) with high energy sales focus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, highly customer centric.
• Ability to grasp and learn new product SKUs, POS, etc • Knowledge on 12v systems, highly regarded.
