Dulux Acratex is the preferred choice of products by industry leading contractors and specifiers.This role is responsible for optimising business profitability and market share in our texture customer segments and associated product categories.Dulux Acratex provides a comprehensive training and induction program to ensure you are confident and competent across our systems including CRM, products, and associated strategies.This role will add a key dynamic to the high-performance team across the state and we embrace diversity, different skill sets and experiences to enrich our team ongoing.Being a sales role within a high-performance organisation, this role would suit a vibrant and outgoing personality as a key part of this role is around people, networking, collaboration, and influence – namely your contractor base, stores and distribution network, internal stakeholders, and industry are looking for somebody that has solid commercial acumen, demonstrated CRM experience, is data driven, strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving 're proud to represent market-leading, trusted brands and products, and we're looking for someone who shares that pride.
