Description of role: We are looking for an energetic Senior Property Manager who will be responsible for the end to end management of a mixed Central Coast Retail portfolio, driving the day to day operations, financials, retailer and stakeholder relationships, working closely with our Leasing team and directly with clients.
Key responsibilities will include: All areas of Property Management to include lease administration, financial management and operations.Arrears management, implementation of rent reviews and management of lease critical dates.Prepare monthly reports, including operational and financial analysis.Forecast and prepare annual property budgets and conduct outgoings reconciliations.Manage all contractor and service provider relationships to include performance reviews and Asset expenditure.Implement and maintain all operational compliance and risk management processes.Build and maintain tenant and client relationships.Overseeing the presentation and maintenance of all sites, ensuring a high standard of presentation at all times.This role is open to a Commercial/Retail Property Manager looking to take the next step in their career.
The Ideal candidate will have: Valid Real Estate License – Essential.2+ years property management experience (Commercial / Retail) - Essential.Have an understanding of current legislation.Intermediate level of MS Office skills - Essential.Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.Strong organisational and Communication skills to the highest standard, being verbal and written, always closing out tasks.Ability to work with minimal supervision.Strong Client / Stakeholder management.Hold a current NSW Drivers licence.Experience with Cirrus8 preferable but not required training will be provided.Why work for Retail Projex?
