You'll provide outstanding leadership to our retail precinct staff ensuring the highest standards of delivery to five retail hubs allocated to your control. We want you to encourage a culture of innovation and sustainability amongst people and look for new ways to add value to the investment portfolio.
Key accountabilities span areas such as understanding the property management agreement in place, working closely with discipline leads to ensure procedures are maintained, providing on-demand services to the client with a focus on strategic asset maximisation, budgeting, reporting, legal & compliance, and confirming the customer experience drives increased traffic and sales.
Also exciting is the opportunity to play an instrumental role in a couple of major developments. Work with the project teams, attend meetings and assist driving the delivery of tenancy precinct plans, whilst establishing and maintaining harmonious relationships with the local business community.

You will demonstrate leadership experience and show that you can champion new and better ways of doing things on the ground. You always lead from the front and by example and can make suggestions for solutions that resolve and improve operations.
Effective communication skills will be critical to your success, and you work well in a fast-paced environment.
You're truly passionate about the retail property industry and ready to 'step up' and make this opportunity your own.
You'll hold a real estate licence or NSW certificate of registration.
