Our client's knowledgeable and friendly staff help and advise their customers with a range of healthcare products, as well as offering Health Services such as vaccinations, blood pressure monitoring, cholesterol screenings and more.Our client is now seeking a skilled and highly qualified Retail Pharmacist with at least two years or more of relevant professional experience. A top salary, negotiable in the range $90k to $110k plus superannuation per annum is on offer and the role is full time and ongoing, requiring shifts across the week and weekend.Location: Ararat, VICTenure: Full-time and ongoingKey responsibilities include:Prepare prescriptions accurately and in compliance with the highest health care standards.Counsel patients with the optimal and safe use of medication, both prescribed and over-the-counter medications.Oversee the dispensary inventory management and safe storage of medications.Conduct health checks regarding blood pressure and blood sugar monitoring and cholesterol and iron screening.Deliver vaccination services, including flu, covid, whooping cough and shingles.The successful candidate will possess:Bachelor's degree or higher qualification and a one-year traineeship.Minimum of 2 years' experience (preferably more) as a Retail Pharmacist.AHPRA registration and First Aid Certification.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.Eye for detail and a level of accuracy suitable for the health industry.Strong coaching and leadership skills.Ability to work well in a team and autonomously.A strong and dedicated work ethic.Unrestricted rights to work full time in Australia.Interested?
