Based at Melbourne Olympic Park, we are seeking a Retail Operations Manager to help oversee the successful running and management of our retail catering department at AAMI Park Stadium, Melbourne.
This diverse role is suited to a self-motivated, high performing and creative manager who is passionate about food and beverage innovation.
Our retail product must exceed expectation and in itself, become a memorable experience for our stadium guests.
Through continuous improvement initiatives, refinement of product, sustainable and safety objectives with a harmonious team environment, the retail catering operations of our business will continue to delight and impress our guests and grow our enviable reputation.
Responsibilities:Food Service leadership positions, preferably specialising in retail catering environmentsExperience managing high volume, multi-site operationsWillingness to be hands on and lead by exampleEye for design, innovation and implementationStrong planning and organisation skills with immaculate attention to detailDesire to stay abreast of future F&B trendsDemonstrated calm, rational, and professional mannerAbility to create a culture of respect and grow a cohesive teamInspire teams and drive creativity to keep the business at the forefront of the industryDeveloped financial acumenManagement qualifications will be well regardedGema Group is a business built on great people and culture.
