In addition, it oversees:Key functions of the Food & Beverage department including promotions and supply chain management for Parlour Lane productsSupports the Australian cinema teams including Moonlight with their day to day food and beverage operationsFood & Beverage PromotionsGold Class PromotionsSustainabilityDatabase Manager across Vista, Magneto, Intranet and Published DocumentationParlour Lane supply chain co-ordinationCompliance Cinema & HQ SupportKPI's for this role includePromotionsOn time in market promotionsDemonstrated contribution from promotional activities towards overall retail profit growth targetsHigh in-Cinema compliance of promotional activityDatabase ManagementHigh level of accuracy in all database maintenance tasksOn-time completion of assigned database tasksParlour LaneEstablish and maintain effective working relationships with Parlour Lane product manufacturersMaintain consistently high availability of all Parlour Lane products nationally / minimise time out of stockMinimise stock in DCs reaching best before dateOn time commencement of Parlour Lane limited time offers (LTOs)Cinema SupportProfessional and timely response to cinema initiated food and beverage queries, as recorded through Fresh Desk and to other HQ department members on interdepartmental tasks Well planned and constructed communications in form of cinema brief, Workplace posts, or responses to cinema initiated queriesHQ SupportOn time commencement of key profit growth initiativesMaintain professional, productive and efficient workflows on interdepartmental projectsCompletion of administrative tasks to suit applicable time framesCorrect representation of Event's brands and standards on any materials producedThese are the ESSENTIAL or 'must have' mindsets and behaviours for this role:Team Oriented: Focused on creating a team-oriented workplace which fosters collaboration between colleagues.
