Our OpportunityJoining our Retail Operations team in this newly created role, our Retail Operations Coordinator will be providing administrative and communication support to our National Retail Operations Manager. Utilising your strong organisational skills, high attention to detail and accuracy, your love of fashion coupled with your 'can-do' attitude and hands-on approach will support your success in this permanent role. This fast paced and varied role will require solid administrative capabilities to support the NROM with their required admin and operational tasks. Additionally, as the initial contact point for external customers, you will always strive to provide a positive customer service experience to all of our customers across phone, email and social media platforms. You will also play an important role in effective liaison across the Suzanne Grae team, building strong relationships with the National Retail Operations Manager, Leadership team and Business Managers.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:General administration to support the NROM including booking & organising meetingsEnsuring emails to NROM are managed and responded to promptlyCoordinate the weekly store communications document to keep stores connected to Head OfficeExpenditure Management – working with the NROM on forecasting seasonal expense budgetWork with the NROM on all conferences and meetingsManage travel requirements as required, for the NROMDirect contact point for Suzanne Grae brand external enquiriesOur ideal candidate will have:Previous experience in an administration support role within fashion retail environment preferredSound knowledge and proficiency in MS Suite Excel/Outlook/WordExperience in managing administration tasksA proactive, collaborative and adaptable natureStrong communication and relationship building skillsAbility to work within competing deadlines and prioritise accordinglyYou will be business outcome and solutions focused with strong problem-solving skills. Working across our customer support system, Zendesk, you will have previous experience with various systems and solid capability across MS Suite. You will already have a strong sense of urgency and your proactive and supportive nature will see you taking ownership and using your initiative to get results.
