Reporting to the Retail Operations Assistant Manager, this entry-level role will assist in day-to-day coordination and management of retail operational activities. This includes but is not limited to day-to-day operations / store admin, assigned project work, process & continuous improvement, creating field communications including weekly trade updates, and managing general communication flow/portals to retail.
THE ROLE: Organise and maintain a file management systemCompile and complete the weekly trade update for retail storesContinue to update, develop and utilise the Brand Hub pages on SharePoint, ensuring that resources are accessible and the platforms support business needs and strategy.Measure, report and communicate SharePoint engagement levels and present ideas to continue increase this.Complete monthly summaries to retail leaders on new process and or retail learning and development analytics dataManage the Brandbank Retail Operations inbox to support store queriesManage consumable platforms and provide expenditure and usage insights where necessaryTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE: A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalentMinimum 1 years' experience providing administrative support at a high levelDemonstrated experience working in retail stores and head office-based environments, ideally.Previous experience in contributing to or coordinating projectsIntermediate level of Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint & SharePointExperience with Canva or InDesign will be an advantageWillingness to learn with a process improvement mindsetStrong written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail, ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment5 days on-site at our St Kida Rd offices.
