An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Retail Marketing Operations Specialist to join a global eCommerce leader.
What you'll do: Drive business growth by running weekly promotion, acquisition and retention campaigns.Execute marketing operations functions such as email sends, audience creation & targeted coupon discounts.Work within cross-functional teams to deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns and promotions.Generate standardized reporting for all campaigns to track and report performance.Provide next step recommendations based on critical metrics.Help drive innovation and engagement in our promotions playbook.Execute retail marketing & loyalty campaigns.What you bring: SQL experience preferred.Data analytics experience.Strong background in customer centricity.Understanding of the digital marketing space.Experience with owned digital marketing channels.Retail or e-commerce background preferred.Bachelor's degree in relevant field.Ability to thrive under pressure.Excellent multitasking skills with ability to manage multiple projects at once.Ability to influence others and establish relationships across the organization.Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
