About The Role: Reporting to the Head of Marketing Skechers, you will be responsible for leading and executing Skechers marketing objectives for +190 Skechers Retail and online stores across Australia and New Zealand. The purpose of the role, is to ensure Retail marketing campaign excellence, utilizing Global and localized Skechers content.
Your key responsibilities include but not limited to: Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to develop, plan, and execute Skechers campaigns and graphic updates for retail stores and online platforms, ensuring all deliverables meet deadlines. Liaise with the Global Marketing team to communicate retail marketing needs, securing approvals and alignment on local priorities.
Create and disseminate monthly brand campaign directives to retail teams. Present and update marketing initiatives during weekly trade meetings, offering insights and strategic recommendations.
Partner with the Trade Marketing Coordinator to plan and implement local area marketing initiatives aimed at driving foot traffic to key stores.
Manage in-store video content and music updates.
Brief internal agencies and deliver ad hoc promotional content for eCommerce and point-of-sale (POS) as required.
Coordinate with the Store Development team to plan new store signage requirements.
Manage and order new store POS and display POP as needed.
Monitor retail campaign performance and contribute to monthly global reports.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, including Internal Agencies, Buying, Ecommerce, and Merchandising Planning.
Oversee external print and consumable suppliers, along with the online ordering platform.
Provide regular updates on the marketing budget and manage purchase orders.
Mentor and provide leadership to the Trade Marketing Coordinator.
Address ad hoc business requests as needed, including retail and new store events. What we are looking for: 3+ years' experience in Retail Marketing / Visual Merchandising Management
Strong familiarity with Print Management and execution
Ability to interpret global guidelines with a local lens
Up to date with environmentally friendly Print and POP tactics
People leadership experience
