Retail Manager

McDonald's Port Hedland is looking for Shift/Retail Manager(s) to join the team on a full-time basis. You will need to have been trained to work under McDonald's Systems of operation as well as having all facets of training and credentials as a Retail Supervisor/Retail Manager. You must also have at least 2 years of highly relevant experience in this industry. The annual salary is between $65,000 to $75,000.ResponsibilitiesEnsure that the crew staff are proactive in handling customers and conscientious when meeting the request of customers.Communicate feedback to the retail store manager to keep them informed of issues during the shift (e.g., staffing, customer complaints, food quality, safety, service routine suggestions).Ensure customers receive accurate information, ensure delivery is prompt, and manage inquiries and complaints fairly and in a timely manner.Assist customers including finding specific items, correcting pricing mistakes, administering refunds or discounts, and attending to customers' needs.Address customers' requests, comments, and complaints.Be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the crew staff on the given shift.Supervise shifts including opening and closing shifts and all daily routines in accordance with store policy and procedures, checklists, and trading hours.Oversee salespeople, cashiers, shelf stockers, and other employees.Motivate employees to achieve targets.Monitor safety, security, and profitability.Prepare and publish weekly roster for crew according to sales projections, crew proficiency, and availability.Ensure roster meets labor target; monitor and amend throughout the week to achieve business targets.Complete mid-month and month-end stock count to monitor and create an action plan for profit and loss.Complete weekly orders and prepare for product promotions.Manage waste and create an action plan to reduce waste.Analyze sales figures and forecast future sales.Deal with queries, complaints, and feedback from customers.If this job sounds like it interests you, please apply now.Job Type: Full-timePay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
