We are now looking for a full-time Retail Manager for our store. The position is a full-time role, predominantly during daytime hours, with a remuneration package of $80,000 plus super. To apply, you need to have at least 3 years of experience, with proven management skills and knowledge in the fast food industry.
Tasks and Core Responsibilities Managing the day-to-day operation of our store, ensuring it is well-maintained, clean, and meets the highest standard of presentation. Recruiting, training, and supervising staff, including conducting performance reviews and identifying talent for upskilling. Implementing promotions and events as directed by the head office. Placing orders for stock and overseeing inventory to ensure availability and freshness of products, managing waste for cost control, and devising strategies to minimize waste. Leading the team to deliver exceptional customer service and enhancing customer satisfaction by promptly and professionally attending to enquiries. Ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies. Managing daily front and back-of-house operations while upholding safety and food quality standards. Preparing store budget and regular reports on store performance, including sales, staffing, inventory management, and providing recommendations for operational improvement. Requirements: To be considered for this role, candidates should be eager to contribute to and lead a successful team. A positive and enthusiastic approach to customer service, a goal-oriented mindset, high motivation, organizational prowess, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential.
A minimum of 3 years' experience as a retail manager is required. While experience in Japanese cuisine is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Fluency in English is crucial due to the emphasis on Front of House duties, and proficiency in other languages such as Mandarin and Japanese is considered beneficial.
