This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage two premier shopping centres: Greensborough Plaza and Caulfield Village.
An overview of the role: Assist in delivering the centres' business plan objectives and budgetsContribute to income maximisation by ensuring timely collection of rentals, outgoings, turnover rentals, promotion levies, and other tenant recoverableWork with the Admin Manager and Centre Manager to aggressively reduce arrearsAssist in preparing and implementing Income and Expenditure BudgetsManage relationships with clients, tenants, and community groupsProvide on-demand services to clientsEstablish and maintain harmonious relationships with local business communityContribute to marketing strategies in conjunction with Marketing ManagersAssist the Operations Team in maintaining high standards of security and cleanlinessOversee centre operations, including OH&S complianceParticipate in emergency management training and eventsEnsure retailers adhere to lease obligationsManage tenancy delivery processes, including documentation for new retailersHandle assignment of leases within Retail Leases Act timeframesEnsure legal compliance across all centre operationsPrepare documentation for mediation or legal proceedingsAssist in client reporting and respond promptly to internal information requestsComplete accident/incident reports and manage public liability claimsVerify appropriate insurance coverage for retailers, contractors, and casual mall lesseesSound like you?
