The Client is seeking a vibrant and strategic Leasing Executive to drive the assets as a priority, who will think outside of the box and engage with unique and diverse prospective tenants.
The Position Sourcing quality, unique tenants to add a point of difference and diversity to their high performing assets Providing service from inception through to negotiations and close-offs Developing relationships with both current and prospective tenants  Reviewing lease deals/renewals etc  To be successful in this role, you will need: At least 4-5 years' experience leasing retail assets.
To be a self-starter, hungry and driven!
