We specialize in commercial lease negotiations and support business owners all over Australia, working for them to save money on their leases and obtain better lease terms. Our unique approach achieves outstanding results for our clients. We are now looking for a superstar lease negotiator, with an immediate start.
Tasks and Responsibilities: Identify suitable locations for our clients looking to grow and report back to them fortnightly as part of our site search service. Negotiate favorable lease terms and finalize new leases directly with landlords and agents for both new sites and for clients in existing sites going through the renewal process. Review offer and lease documents to ensure terms agreed are accurately reflected. Develop and maintain relationships with our clients, agents, and landlords within our property network. Client communication (both written and verbal). Maintain client records offline and online using our Zoho CRM. Manage daily follow-up requirements to stay on top of each negotiation. Minimum Requirements: Strong experience in negotiating retail and commercial leases; experience in shopping center leasing is ideal. Understanding of the commercial and retail property market. A thorough understanding of property legislation and regulations. Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word. Highly committed work ethic, self-motivated to work both independently and as part of a team, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Exceptional time management and organizational ability, with strong attention to detail.
