Myer is looking for a Retail Crime Manager to bring a clear focus to all criminality that occurs across the Myer business. You will be working on objectives to displace criminality by using internal resources, engaging external partners and influencing police and other agencies. About the role: Provide leadership to Retail Loss Analytics Team and direct reports to successfully achieve Retail Loss objectivesBuild and deliver the ORC (Organised Retail Crime) program to ensure Myer is effectively protected from this elevated threat of criminal behaviourMinimise the business's exposure to internal fraud risks by coaching the developing the Retail Loss Analytics Team Lead on tactics designed to reduce risk of internal fraud.Lead and deliver key Retail Loss strategic initiatives that reduce the overall impact of criminal activityManage the investigations team to deliver targeted investigations that focus on criminalityManagement of key vendor relationships.
