As part of a global company, our purpose is to bring mobility to the world's communities - for today, for tomorrow and for the better.About the roleAs a Retail Centre Manager, you will lead, coach, and motivate the in-store Customer Experience team to deliver exceptional customer journeys, achieve sales performance, and meet P&L targets.Reporting into the Sales Operations Manager, your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:Manage site P&L performance, ensuring KPIs and customer experience goals are met.Oversee the entire customer journey, ensuring seamless and flexible vehicle delivery experiences.Collaborate with Stock Control to maintain balanced inventory and meet customer specifications.Monitor F&I performance, compliance, and provide end-to-end finance support.Ensure the site is operational, well-presented, and compliant with HSE and OEM policies.Lead, coach, and mentor the Customer Experience team to achieve performance and engagement goals.Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance development, and ensure compliance with training programs.Ensure adherence to retail business processes and legally compliant practices across the team.Why join us?Explore the range of benefits Inchcape offers its employees in recognition of their contribution to our success.
