Retail Butcher

Full time role in a leading Organic Retail Butcher seeking an experienced retail butcher to provide quality organic products to a loyal customer base.
Requires: Certificate III in Meat Processing (Retail Butcher) (AMP30815).
Salary guide: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
Location: inner Melbourne Markets Your normal day  will involve: Using knifes to prep retail cuts for sale, such as diced beef.
Ensuring the store is clean and ready to open  Setting up for the day and receiving products from the main facility.
Expertly presenting products for display to attract customers.
Building relationships with both new and existing customers.
Communicating product knowledge, including the commitment to organic and regenerative meat sourcing.

You will need: Cert 3 in retail butchery.
Experience in either whole animal breakdown or display and presentation.
