Retail Assistant / Visual Merchandiser - Seasonal Department - Stewarts Broomhill Garden Centre, WimborneWe are seeking a dynamic and customer focused Retail Assistant/Visual Merchandiser to join our team on a permanent basis in our busy seasonal department at Stewarts Broomhill Garden Centre in Wimborne.
You will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a delightful shopping experience for our customers.
Working across our Home & Lifestyle, Outdoor Living, Houseplant, and Christmas Departments, previous retail experience with excellent communication skills, a commercial eye, and creative merchandising skills are key to this role.
This part time role also involves working behind the scenes, constructing and decorating our Grotto, Winter Wonderland and other decoration and display projects throughout the year.
Please note that some heavy lifting is involved.
The successful applicant will work an average of 13.75 hours per week across a 2-week rota;
Week 1 Thursday - 11.30am-5.30pm
Saturday and Sunday 11am-5pm
Week 2 Thursday and Friday 11.30am-5.30pm
