About the Role: As Assistant Store Manager, we're here to help you strengthen your leadership skills and advance in Retail Management. As Assistant Store Manager, your role involves: Assisting the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of the store, stepping in to manage operations in their absence.Inspiring, coaching, and fostering the growth of the in-store team in collaboration with the Store Manager.Identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve overall revenue.Enhancing customer experience with friendly and attentive service, strong product knowledge, and up-to-date styling advice.Managing new stock deliveries and curating the store's visual merchandising.Assisting with administrative tasks for your store, including payroll, banking, and efficient rostering.Why will you love working with us?
